First we have an initial call to see if your data is clean and organized enough to build a dashboard with. Then we go over your goals and what you want to track closest. Some owners prioritize different things but there are some baseline metrics I usually recommend.
After that I will send over a Business Associate Agreement along with a list of all the data source credentials I would need.
Then after ~2/3 weeks I will send over an initial draft of the dashboard and we’ll hop on another call to see what works and what else needs improvement. After that I will send a finished dashboard over and can update monthly for a fee.
The main advantage of my service is the ability to customize the dashboard to whatever your practice needs. My competitors use a boilerplate approach which is fine for some people, but lacks the the flexibility to truly dive into the data.
For example one of my clients requested a downloadable list of dropped clients every month which we were easily able to do. Another client wanted service code counts for each therapist with a specific value for each service code, which we happily complied.
