First we have an initial call to see if your data is clean and organized enough to build a dashboard with. Then we go over your goals and what you want to track closest. Some owners prioritize different things but there are some baseline metrics I usually recommend.
After that I will send over a Business Associate Agreement along with a list of all the data source credentials I would need.
Then after ~2/3 weeks I will send over an initial draft of the dashboard and we’ll hop on another call to see what works and what else needs improvement. After that I will send a finished dashboard over and can update monthly for a fee or teach you how to update it.

For a monthly health check we meet once on the phone to go over your goals and what specific things you want to focus on (e..g call only campaign, new therapist who needs a caseload, etc. ). Then I make the necessary changes to your campaign and send you a monthly report with some key highlights.
For the campaign creation we do a more in-depth initial call to get a better understanding of your needs and then go through an iterative process to build out the campaign with new ads, keywords, etc. After the initial campaign is created it is good practice to have it monitored for a few months to make sure it is optimized with the monthly health check.
